This website (realclientsfirst.com, "Real Clients First") is operated by Lee Gin Leong, a real estate salesperson registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) (Salesperson Registration Number R008090C), working with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (Estate Agent Licence Number L3008022J). In this policy, "I", "me" and "we" refer to Lee Gin Leong and, where relevant, PropNex Realty Pte Ltd.

2. Personal data we collect
- Details you send me on WhatsApp, for example after tapping a WhatsApp button on this website: your WhatsApp name and mobile number, and whatever you tell me in your messages, such as what you want to do (sell, buy, rent, or join the team), the property type, the town or postal district, and your question.
- Details you give me by phone or email, such as your name, mobile number, email address (if given) and your enquiry.

This website has no enquiry form and does not itself collect the details above: enquiries are made on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. The WhatsApp buttons only open WhatsApp with a suggested message, which you can edit or delete before sending.
We do not ask for NRIC or other national identification numbers through this website or on WhatsApp. If identity verification is needed later in a property transaction, we will explain why and how it is handled.
3. Why we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange consultations or viewings.
- To provide estate agency services you ask for.
- If you ask about joining the team, to follow up on your career enquiry.
- To meet legal and regulatory duties, including CEA requirements and anti-money laundering checks where they apply.
- To send property updates and market news, only if you have separately given clear consent. Sending an enquiry on WhatsApp is not consent to marketing.
